hot news! el MIT lanzará su Centro para la Inteligencia Colectiva. Sus objetivos fundamentales son descubrir como las personas y ordenadores pueden conectarse de forma que colectivamente actúen de forma más inteligente que lo que hasta ahora han conseguido por independiente.

Parte del proyecto de investigación que impulsará este centro se describe a continuación:
(a) collecting and distilling the results of experience from the real-world "experiments" many people will be trying.
(b) experimenting with innovative new techniques to advance the state-of-the-art.
(c) conducting rigorous scientific research to find the reliable patterns underlying subjective anecdotes and accidental successes or failures, and
(d) developing theoretical frameworks to help understand all these things.


Aunque habrá que seguirlo de cerca, es una buena noticia para quienes nos interesa la comunicación mediada por computadora (CMC) y la interacción persona.máquina (HCI).
